Taboor helps people share and see live queue wait times at public places (government offices, banks, telecom stores, hospitals). This policy explains what the app collects and what it does not.
Wait-time reports (anonymous). When you report a wait, the app sends: the place you selected, the number of minutes you entered, and the time of the report. That's it. Reports carry no name, no account, no phone number, and no device identifier. Anyone using the app can see the same anonymous reports.
Location (on your device only). If you allow location access, the app uses it on your phone to show nearby places and to power check-in. Your precise location is never uploaded, never stored on our servers, and never shared with anyone. You can deny location access and still browse places and reports manually.
Notifications (on your device only). Reminders about places you follow are scheduled locally on your phone. No notification data leaves your device.
Reports and the public list of places are stored in a Supabase database (hosted in the region configured in the Supabase project dashboard). Because reports contain no personal data, a database breach would expose only anonymous wait times.
Anonymous wait-time reports are kept to show recent trends. You cannot delete an individual report because reports are not linked to you — there is nothing identifying you to remove.
Taboor is a general-audience utility. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL and the "Last updated" date revised.
