By using Taboor you agree to these terms. Taboor is a free app that helps people share and see live queue wait times at public places (government offices, banks, telecom stores, hospitals).
How the app works
Places and reports are public and anonymous. When you report a wait time, you send only the place, the minutes you entered, and the time of the report. There are no accounts, no names, no device identifiers attached. Anyone using the app sees the same anonymous reports.
Reports are crowd-sourced estimates, not guarantees. Wait times are entered by other users and may be wrong or out of date. Use them as a rough guide, not as a promise of how long you will wait.
Location stays on your device. If you allow location access, it is used on your phone only (nearby places, check-in). It is never uploaded or stored on our servers.
Acceptable use
Report wait times you actually experienced, honestly and in good faith. Deliberately false reports degrade the app for everyone.
Don't abuse the app: no spamming reports, no trying to disrupt the service, no reverse-engineering or scraping the database.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Taboor.
Taboor Pro (in-app purchases)
Taboor is free to download and use. Optional Taboor Pro upgrades are sold inside the app:
Plans: lifetime unlock (one-time purchase), monthly subscription, yearly subscription — as shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Free vs Pro: free users can hold 1 active check-in; Pro users get unlimited check-ins and custom reminder times (10/20/30 min).
Payments are handled by Apple. All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID; the price you see in the app is set and charged by Apple in your local currency. We never see or store your payment details.
Subscriptions auto-renew. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The lifetime unlock never renews.
Restore: if you reinstall the app or switch devices, tap "Restore Purchases" in the paywall to get Pro back — your purchase is verified through the App Store, so it survives reinstalls.
Refunds: all refund requests are handled by Apple under its own policies; contact Apple Support.
Purchases are final as between you and us once Apple completes them; Apple's standard terms apply (see Apple's standard EULA at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
Availability
We aim to keep Taboor running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features (including Pro features) at any time; for active subscriptions, Apple's subscription terms govern billing.
Liability
Taboor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Taboor Pro in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you used only the free tier). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this same URL and the "Last updated" date revised. Material changes will take effect when published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Cairo, except where Apple is a party (purchases are subject to Apple's own terms).
